1) Laptop must be connected with power supply to ensure adequate supply
2) Computer can not enter standby mode, the screen saver
3) Equipment connected power must be stable. Machines can not power off during the upgrade process.
4) Windows XP SP3 system (32bit Version) can not install the antivirus program
 
About SM33 SM33-B Digiprog 3 Update Supplement
 
1. When Receiving and Sending the Update Program to Customers, Antivirus Program Must be Closed, And Update File Can not Be Operated at same time
2. The Laptop which customers use to receiving the Update Program, Can not have the antivirus program on it 
3. After you receive and start the update software, but you did not see " digi1.bin" for choose, you can not choose " digi2.bin". At this time, you need to contact us for technical support  (As Picture Shows)

4. When updating, there can not be other softwares opearting at the same time, and you not not do other work too.
